The Dog Tornado is a challenging
interactive wooden puzzle game for dogs.

Gerbil Potty

I have two gerbils named Acorn and Daisy. I have CritterTrail One and Two and one of these potties. Mine is blue and yellow. I put it in the petting zone in CritterTrail One because that was were the gerbils always used the bathroom. Now they use this potty. But they also sleep and eat in it. That's gross. They also throw a lot of the litter out of the potty. I only gave it four stars because Acorn chews up the yellow part on top. I wish they had made that out of something gerbils can't chew up. Keeps them safely entertained

This is a great product ... especially fun to connect 2 sets together making a curvey course. I have a teddy bear and 2 robos that I'll put in their exercise balls and watch them take off! The tabs on a few of them were a little tricky to connect & disconnect - I ended up paring down the openings with a knife & now they snap together and come apart perfectly ... and no worries about them separating during use. It's addicting ... I'm thinking of adding a 3rd expansion!More detail ...

A safe place for your ferret to catch a nap in or out of the cage

This plush little "ferret cave" is the very type of place that ferrets like to curl up in for a nap. I had a couple outside of my two ferrets' cage plus one in the cage in case they got tired of their hammocks. This type of safe sleeping place is particularly important when your ferret is outside the cage because you can never know when they are going to decide to take a snooze. Looks cute but not as good as the ball

Because this toy can only go forward and backward it's not as useful as the traditional ball. I have to readjust it and guide my hamster everytime he runs into something. It also has the option of using the wheel part separate from the car but it tips over easily and then the hamster can't go anywhere. I overpaid for this in the pet store and now I'm buying the standard ball anyways.More detail ...

Ferret Alligator

I purchased this product so my ferrets would have a place to hide and play while they are in their cage. They love it! It has a little ball with a bell in it on the inside. I also like that it is machine washable. I will probably buy them another one when this one gets too raggedy.More detail ...

You Can't Make Every Cat Happy...

THIS is the ball that I had been searching for. It runs on an internal AA battery that makes it zig-zag and bounce away from walls items etc. It is hard plastic. The tail is a nifty item but not necessary even though my cat likes furry stuff. The batteries will die down after a while and you do have to manually replace them but is that such a big deal? It is not so great on rugs but vinyl or concrete floors are perfect for it. Cat get nutty playing with this!More detail ...

My rabbit loves it

My pet rabbit loves these tunnels. I have a bunch that I put together and she has a ball exploring them. Rabbits make tunnels in the wild so these are a lot of fun for them! I even cut a few holes in some cardboard boxes to make a small maze! Keep in mind I have a jersey wooley rabbit (about 4 1/2 lbs) so if you have a lop or another large rabbit they will probably be too small.More detail ...

MY PET RATS LOVE THIS WHEEL!

I operated a rattery in Michigan. This size and type of wheel is by far my furry little pet rat friends favorite wheel and I've tried them all. This wheel allows them to grab ahold of it with their feet and go flying up and over like a roller coaster while another buddy provides the motion. They are just like little kids they have a blast with this wheel! The mesh wire allows them to see through the wheel so they don't feel like they are looking through a brick wall. Urine and poopies pass through so they aren't walking in their own messes like with Wodent wheels. They are just as quiet as any wheel I've tried and they are a good value for your money plus they can't be chewed up like the plastic kinds can. These wheels start out "whisper silent" just as claimed but as time goes on the plastic axle wears down making the wheel loose. Loose wheels = LOTS OF NOISE! I have experimented with tons of wheels over the years and nothing tops the Wodent Wheel.More detail ...

a truely PERFECT hamster habitat

other websites may have negative reveiws. Do NOT let them disuade you. this cage is easy to put together and very escape proof: IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! I have tested out all of the components of this cage vigorously and have found it to be VERY well put together. The caps that block off some of the tunnel passages you don't use are VERY sturdy. I was actually able to pic the entire suite up by the cap carry it around and put it back on the table (do not try this at home). The only problem as has been said is that the water-bottle leaks but this is only if it wiggles around alot so make sure you secure it firmly. I also found that putting a tiny piece of paper near the hole makes the leaking stop while still allowing drinking but just to be safe I think you should use the feeding trough or another toy as a water basin.



The feeding area and wheel take up an AWFUL lot of space but they are very easy to remove and do not leave any naked areas where your hamster could chew to get out (I had a cage with a hole in it for the wheel and the hamster tore it apart)However if you buy two of these cages (they're big enough to comfortably house two hamsters each but you could REALLY spoil them by buying one cage for each and connecting them) this problem of space is easily avoided making one area the exercise and eating area and another area a play and rest area (you can easily fit two wooden houses in this habitat with the wheel/feeding area removed and still have room for toys).



It's hard to find attachments for this habitat online (other than the ones avaliable in this sweet suite set :P) but you should be able to find more tunnels and attachment areas at your local petsmart (they carry this cage but petco doesn't). I can't give a full reveiw without knowing the attachments but if worse comes to worse you can buy a BUNCH of dens (they attach very easily at any level and thanks to the special lock they stay in place.



The only downside is that the tunnels are halved (I find halved tunnels more annoying that the whole ones even though they're easier to clean) but the lock connectors keep them together very well (once again I could pick the entire suite up carry it around and put it back)



I do not however reccomend this as a travel cage since it's very large and the lock pieces can be a bit annoying but the habitrail brand offers some very nice small cages perfect for travel.More detail ...

Great expansion kit!

This is a great expansion for any cage! It does not come with instructions but if you look at one of the pieces it has extra plastic rings in the middle of it put this in the hole you are adding the expansion on too take the J shaped piece and from inside the cage with a O ring on it snap them together (WARNING) it will be hard to get them back apart without taking the top of the cage off and alittle work. But the top of the lookout comes off and allows you to have even easier access to play with your pet. As bad as a pun as it is I really wanted to say play with your little critters LOL. Oh and if you try to put it on the side of the cage OFCOURSE you are going to have issues with keeping it upright. it does not really attach that way it is mean to the top or for adding into a more stable section of a expansion.More detail ...

Great Product

I use these for each of my male hamsters (they have seperate cages). I got them these when they were just babies so they grew up with it. They only use it for #1 and still go #2 in the cage but really that's where the smell is coming from. I don't actually scoop anything cause it doesn't work but I just dump the whole thing out and refill it. It's pretty sturdy and i haven't had any parts break. Start your animals off with this early and it's great for keeping the cages smell to a minimum.More detail ...

Well... At least the hedgehog likes it!

We're using the 12 inch version. The wheel wobbles a bit and had to be both screwed into the cage wall AND needed the stand underneath to keep it reasonable stable.. And it still wobbles. There's nothing "whisper quiet" about it its pretty loud not as bad as metal wheels but pretty close. It's also very difficult to detach for cleaning. The only good thing about it is how much my little hedgie loves it.. All night long on that loud wheel.More detail ...

Wonderful toy!

My dog absolutely LOVES this toy. He's a 70lb sheperad/lab mix and works this toy to get treats out. He's not a chewer which is good as the product is made from pressed board and wouldn't stand up to a chewer for more than about 10 minutes.



I would have given this 5 stars if:

1) it was only about 30 dollars

2) it had a little more difficulty to get at the treats on the middle layer.



All in all though if you have a smart dog that needs some entertainment this is a good product.More detail ...

My 3 females give it their seal of rattie approval

While it's not something they go bonkers over my rats definitely like this tunnel. One of them in particular enjoys using it as a private space when she wants some alone time away from the other two - for eating in private or sleeping in private. For whatever reason the 3 of them just don't snuggle together inside of it the way that they do with other enclosed spaces but it does get a fair amount of use as a traffic tunnel to and fro. It's well made and durable by itself and they've luckily decided not to chew on it. Despite several months of use and washings it has held up great!



I would give it a full 5 stars for quality/durability. If you want a lightweight fabric tunnel that's easy to attach to a cage ceiling then it's well worth the price. However I'm only giving it 4 stars since my rats seems to view it the same as any cardboard or plastic tunnel I give them.More detail ...

My hamster loves her Hamster Ball!

My hamster loves to roam around and sniff things while running in her hamster ball.

When she hits a wall or a bump she sniffs at it and sometimes moves on or sometimes tries to chew at it through the air slits(sometimes succeeding if a sock or towel) lol!

She absolutely loves it and a lot of times doesn't want to return to her cage.



The only bad thing about most hamster balls is that they can pop open especially if your hamster is like mine and chews on the inside of the plastic tabs that keep the hamster lid on.

To counteract this I use a little duct tape on the lid or any loose fittings so I can let her run around without watching her like hawk.More detail ...

Castle for a King (or a Hamster..)

Overall this is a good product. When assembling I ended up having to superglue the peices together to make it hamster safe. (Make sure to air it our for a few days!) Now my hamster sleeps in it stores his food in it and even manages to stuff all the extra space with bedding which is quite amusing being he has to carry it up a tube mouthful by mouthful. The rubber loops that attach to the tubes are also compatable with the Critter Trail Tube Extensions so this playground can be put in or out of the main cage. I wouldn't suggest using it as a main cage however it would be to small. Also the main pannels I recieved were not clear as in the picture so its a little harder to see your pet when he is in it.
